Fee Schedule
The French version of this scale of fees is the legally binding version. Translations are provided for informational purposes only. All fees are expressed as a percentage of the sale price and are payable by the seller and/or the buyer, depending on the terms of the mandate.
Property Sales
The following fees apply to all real estate sales transactions conducted by Agence Monde des Neiges, in accordance with Decree No. 72-678 of July 20, 1972 (Article 6).

Important Notes
The applicable VAT rate is 20%. All fees shown inclusive of VAT (TTC) include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
In accordance with Decree No. 72-678 of July 20, 1972, Article 6, no fee is due until the transaction is finalized. The real estate professional must hold a written mandate before negotiating any transaction.
Fees are payable by the seller and/or the buyer, depending on the terms agreed upon in the mandate. The party responsible for the fees is clearly stated in each individual mandate agreement.
Collections Privées operates under Professional Card (Carte Professionnelle) T: CPI 06052026000000011, in compliance with the Hoguet Law (Law No. 70-9 of January 2, 1970) and its implementing decree (Decree No. 72-678 of July 20, 1972).

Who pays the agency fees in Auron?
Fees are payable by the seller and/or the buyer, depending on the terms agreed upon in the mandate. This allocation is clearly stated on each listing and in the mandate agreement. Are the fees negotiable?

When are the fees due?
In accordance with the Hoguet Law, no fee is payable before the final conclusion of the transaction. You only pay at the time of signing the authentic deed at the notary's office. No hidden fees, no advance payments.
What do Collections Privées fees include?
Our fees cover the complete service: free property valuation, marketing strategy, professional photography and video, distribution through our international network of qualified buyers (Monaco, Côte d'Azur, Europe), viewing organization, negotiation, notarial coordination, and full administrative support through to the final signature.
