Trained in luxury hospitality at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Louis-Matisse Anciaux founded the agency on Auron’s snow front in September 2025.
He applies what hospitality teaches: every house is visited before it enters the collection; every viewing is prepared; every enquiry receives, within forty-eight hours, an answer and a complete file. The agency works between Auron and Monaco, in French, English, Italian and Russian.
The method.
Three criteria bring a house into the collection: what it has lived through, the exact spot, the rightness of the design. Houses are shown to the circle fifteen days before they go online. Prices are published, and so are the fees.
The agency sells and lets across the whole resort: the snow front, the plateau, Las Donnas, Riou, Nabinas, the chemin du Puy, the Chastellarès, and down to the village of Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée.
