The collection, at opening.

Five properties are for sale as the season opens, all within the resort. Chalet Ouest, 330 m² on the western slope, a five-minute walk from the village, with its 48 m² bath level, pool and sauna: the only chalet of this level offered in Auron today. The Monde des Neiges penthouse, 135 m² under the roof, three bedrooms, three terraces, for which we have just published the interactive plan and the complete file. A three-bedroom apartment in the front row of the slopes, a snow-front studio, a covered parking space at the foot of the lifts.

Two mandates are on their way: an exceptional chalet on a sole-agency basis, and a two-bedroom apartment around €600,000. Those who have written to us will see them before publication; that is how we work.

Chalet Ouest, open for a few stays.

While it is for sale, Chalet Ouest hosts a few Private Stays this winter, on a selective basis: a week or two, six bedrooms, the bath level, the sauna, discreet housekeeping. This is not a seasonal rental; it is the house exactly as we sell it, lived in for a few weeks by people who know what it is worth. February and Christmas dates go first.

We have just updated the Auron price observatory: between €8,000 and €15,000 per square metre for a property in good condition, the top of the range held by ski-in/ski-out apartments in serviced residences, chalets between €8,000 and €12,000 depending on land and view, covered parking from €50,000. Demand comes from Monaco, Nice and Italy; top-end supply can be counted on one hand. The next edition will appear in January, after the first weeks of the season.

What we are looking for.

For our clients, this winter we are looking for a four-to-six-bedroom chalet with a view over the ski area, a three-bedroom ski-in/ski-out apartment, and two or three family apartments in the village, ready to live in. If you own a property and are thinking of selling, even a year from now, this is the time to talk: a confidential valuation takes forty-eight hours, and a property presented before Christmas sells during the season, not after.

Practical, before opening.

The ski area is expected to open, as every year, in the first days of December; exact dates will be published by the resort. Our offices are at Le Monde des Neiges, open by appointment, in Auron as in Monaco.
