A home from the collection, open for a few weeks.

Chalet Ouest is for sale; this winter it is also one of the rare homes in the collection to open for a stay. Four levels set on Auron’s western slope, a five-minute walk from the heart of the village and the lifts. Six bedrooms, each with its shower room, for twelve people; a thirty-square-metre living room with its fireplace; a dining room in the south bay, ten guests, the terrace behind the glass.

Downstairs, the bath: forty-eight square metres, an indoor pool, a sauna, a gym. A garage for two cars. From every level, the view reaches across the ski area and, beyond, to the ridges of the Mercantour.

Staffed, if you wish.

The house can be staffed: a chef in the evening, a butler, a trilingual nanny through our partner Lumière, a driver, an instructor waiting at the foot of the piste, equipment delivered and fitted at the chalet, lift passes in your pocket on arrival, the cellar and the shopping done before you. Nothing is included by default; everything is composed. We entrust it to a few partner houses used to the same clientele, in Monaco and on the Riviera.

From Monaco, an hour and a half via the A8 and the Tinée valley; half an hour by helicopter, which we arrange. From Nice airport, an hour and a half, without crossing the city.

How it works.

Tell us your dates, the number of guests and what you expect from the stay. We reply within forty-eight hours with a proposal, the weekly rate and the services available. The number of stays is limited each season; Christmas, New Year and the February holidays go first.

Guests of the collection join the circle by right: they see the homes for sale fifteen days before they go online. Some stays end in a purchase.
